Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once packaging and shipping has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

When refunds don’t apply

Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address or other factors within your control
• Your order is delayed or undeliverable due to exceptional circumstances outside our control — such as customs clearance issues or natural disasters

Refund deadlines

Refund requests must be submitted within one of the following timeframes:

• Within 10 business days of the order being delivered
• Within 45 business days of the order being placed

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
