General use & age requirement

By using this site you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may only use this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use this site for personal shopping only. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is not permitted without our prior written consent. Any violation of this agreement results in immediate revocation of this license.

Prohibited content & conduct

You may not upload, distribute, or publish any content through this site that:

• Contains viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful code
• Is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory
• Violates the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
• Could give rise to civil or criminal liability under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at our discretion where conduct is unlawful or harmful to our business or customers.

Account & password

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any financial obligations, whether or not you authorized that activity. Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at info@lookessence.com.

Orders & pricing

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable.

Product images, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as reasonably possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices are displayed in USD. Any currency conversion fees are charged by your bank or card provider and are outside our control.

Shipping

We ship to over 200 countries from warehouses in China and the USA. Delivery time estimates are provided as a guide only — actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country upon delivery are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Defective or incorrect items — we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement
• Change of mind — return shipping is at the buyer’s expense; refund issued upon receipt and inspection
• Items damaged in transit — contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Your statutory consumer rights under your local law are not affected by this policy.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@lookessence.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery under our returns policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the LookEssence name, logo, images, text, and designs — is our property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law worldwide. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of product descriptions, uninterrupted availability of the site, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits any warranties that cannot be excluded under your local consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LookEssence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@lookessence.com and we will make every effort to resolve it promptly and fairly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution service or consumer protection authority in your country of residence. EU customers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
